How do you draw out a single theme that’s also futureproof? ‘Southall Waterside’ – as it was known in a previous life – is no stranger to dramatic evolution. Transformed from a disused industrial area into an expansive green neighbourhood, the project was looking to boost people’s engagement and reignite community excitement for the long-term.
Like every good story, we started from the beginning. With PAVE® as our guiding strategic framework, we worked to redefine the scheme’s overarching vision. ‘Remarkable by nature’. A deceptively simple vision, grounded in the scheme’s most powerful, most defining selling point: nature. This foundation inspired a new name, brand positioning, and look and feel for the development: the brand infrastructure that is so important for bringing the community into the site’s story. Elements that work now and can engage people long into the future. The Green Quarter. An exciting and evolving place for residents and visitors alike, grounded in nature.
