You probably don’t remember Choc Express, as it was known then. A start-up chocolate brand that was quickly building a reputation for quality service and delicious products. But this budding reputation needed a strong repositioning.
Enter Hotel Chocolat. A destination as much as a product, with stores, cafés, and restaurants inviting customers into the world of luxury chocolate. A box of chocolates should always feel like a gift, even when you’re shopping for yourself. So we designed a logo, visual identity, and packaging that make Hotel Chocolat’s customers feel special at every touchpoint. From stepping into a store to opening the chocolates at home; the branding channels the decadent anticipation of that first bite. Many years later, Hotel Chocolat occupies enviable brand recognition and, most importantly, continues to draw people in.
