Delph came to Hunter for a fresh approach to property marketing for their collection of apartments in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
With this in mind, we developed a visual identity inspired by the area’s rich history in craftsmanship and the logo, emulating a jewellery hallmark, became a stamp of quality for the development. We applied the brand across a suite of collateral evoking a vibrant Birmingham lifestyle, played out through beautiful photography and great storytelling, with the brochure featuring a tactile ‘twisted’ cover material as a nod to the individuality of the local area.
We were proud to hear that with the help of our marketing materials, Delph were able to sell 40% of the apartments in the first two weeks of launching.
