Kingsway Square

Kingsway Square is a stunning development in Battersea, built by St James Homes, which included the preservation and restoration of Grade II listed buildings and their sensitive conversion to residential use. Despite the difficult market conditions, given the quality and potential of the site, St James wanted to stand out from the crowd and deliver a new customer experience. We collaborated with the marketing team to totally redesign the marketing suite, the brochure, additional marketing collateral and the signage: in short, the entire experience. The project also included a successful email campaign.
