Hotel Chocolat

After 10 years of working with Angus Thirlwell at Choc Express, we were briefed that both the name and the branding should change: Angus had been toying with the name Hotel Chocolat and asked us – along with a couple of top London agencies – to pitch some ideas. We delivered the logo you see today, rolling it out across all the shops and packaging, helping to create one of the country’s best niche market brands. In addition to designing the corporate identity and packaging, we handled catalogue production, art direction, photo-retouching and project management. Jake’s penchant for posh chocolate dates back to this very project.
