We have been involved with Berkeley Homes’ regeneration of the waterfront at Portsmouth Harbour for many years. Gunwharf Quays is an innovative mixed-use development of luxury apartments and retail facilities, cumulating with the spectacular 29 storey tower, No1 Gunwharf Quays, which stands at the head of the canal. We conceived the brand identity for No1, created the original marketing suite and also produced the sales brochure, designed to reflect the same values of quality and luxury inherent in the development.
